Dolby wins four-country Opus injunction as UPC hands down third FRAND ruling

The Dusseldorf Local Division yesterday handed down the Unified Patent Court’s thirdfull on-the-merits FRAND ruling, following first instance decisions by the Mannheimand Munich local divisions in late 2024.
